Refund Policy

As Lulu & Gems Online (NOHA) operates as a marketplace, Refund  requests must be directed to the Vendor from whom the product was purchased. Customers must submit return requests through the platform within the timeframe specified by the Vendor’s return policy. Vendors are responsible for handling returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with their policies and applicable laws.

Lulu & Gems Online may assist in facilitating communication between Customers and Vendors but is not responsible for Vendor refund decisions.
